What is Fetch?
Fetch matches experienced walkers with trusted dog owners looking for dog
walks. No more worrying about scheduling and organising walks so you can
focus on your part – the dog walk!

What makes a great Fetcher?
Fetch walkers come from all walks of life – they’re students, parents, teachers,
nurses and artists. But the one thing they all have in common is their love and
experience in working with pets.
Fetch walkers have a proven track record of being reliable, responsive,
punctual, detailed oriented and good communicators. They’re outgoing and
friendly and enjoy the outdoors. They’re also loving and caring with dogs.
Lastly, they’re looking to work for around 45min-5 hours a week on a flexible
and/or regular basis.
How is Fetch part of Mad Paws?
Fetch is created by Mad Paws, Australia’s largest pet sitting platform. All
Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, as well as Insurance Liability applies to
the Fetch business as well.
Bookings and Operations
How early are walks booked? How early are they canceled?
Walks can be booked as early as two hours in advance. For example, if it’s 12pm,
customers are able to make bookings for 2pm.
Customers may cancel up to 1 hour before the booking, and the walker will be notified.

1. Be an existing Mad Paws Sitter, over 18, and have a clear background check.
2. Apply to become a Fetch Walker and get approved.
3. Fetch approves you as a Walker.
4. Receive Booking notifications via Text
5. Take on a booking by replying to our texts
6. You’re ready to go for your walk!
What are the dog walk prices?
- 45 min x 1 Dog = $20
- 45 min x 2 Dogs = $25. $5 extra per Doggo
How much money do I get to make?
You keep 85% of the Booking! Fetch only keeps 15% to cover the costs such as
website maintenance, operational costs, marketing, and product
improvements. You get to make between $17 and $22 per booking!
Sometimes more depending on special bookings (such as a Feed or more than
x2 dogs).
What type of bookings are made?
Bookings made are recurring, one-offs, or on-demand. A large number of customers
want to book regularly and as such you get to be assigned a booking on regular basis!
Booking times are: Early Morning (7AM – 9AM) Late Morning (9AM – 12PM) Early
Afternoon (12PM – 3PM) Late Afternoon (3PM – 6PM).
How many dogs can I walk?
Usually 1 but 2 dogs can be taken if from the same owner.
What if I need to travel or need to abandon a booking?
For any cancellations, please let us and the customer know of the changes so
we can find a replacement for your booking.
When does Fetch operate?
Fetch operates Monday to Sunday 7 days a week and takes booking from 8am
to 6pm.
How many hours do I need to work each week?
You decide – fit in working with Fetch in between your school or other work
schedule. Typically most Fetch walkers aim for between 45min-5 hours in any
given week but it’s up to you to set how much you want to work! Find what
works for you whether it’s during the weekdays or just weekends and
evenings.
Where is Fetch servicing?
Fetch is currently available to dog owners Australia wide.
How does Fetch work?
1- Dog owner makes a booking through this form
2- Dog walkers in the area get notified of the booking via Text.
3- Dog walkers choose to complete job. When you accept it, the dog owner
gets notified.
4- You complete the walk on the day. Make sure you confirm walk completion
by completing a weekly timesheet, which can be found on your Mad Paws Account Dashboard under ‘ Fetch Timesheet’
5- Your Mad Paws balance gets updated and ready to be redeemed!
